Changes at the top!!!!

With Immediate effect Mr Paul Fountain has become the Juniors Chairperson. John Gray , our previous chair has resigned due to work commitments. John had tried his best to carry on with the chairpersons role, but over the past couple of months had found it increasingly difficult to attend meetings, and give his full support to the club, due to his job based in Edinburgh.

The committee wish to take this opportunity to thank John immensley for the amount of hard work he has done over the years .

John will continue to work with the committee on a consultancy basis!!!!!!

TRAINING COURSES

Message from Paul Fountain, Coaching Co-ordinator:

Find attached the list of CPD, tag and rugby ready courses that have been arranged for the first quarter of the season.  Some of these have been arranged at the Hive, I've pushed for this so that you have development courses here on your doorstep.  Please make use of this and enrol now.  Those who have been on level 1, I would see you attending these as part of your development and as a pay back for the club that has sponsored you.  £10 is not a lot to pay for your skills development.  Those intending to enrol on Tag courses, there is no facility to invoice anymore, please pay and route the bill via your team manager.
 
If you are attending any of the attached courses, please let me know so I can maintain the coaching database which is a vital element in the Seal of Approval.

Sunday 14th September

Note due to extreme health and safety issues there will be no training at Wagon Lane tomorrow.
 
We are sorry that this decision has had to be made, but it is completely out of our (the Junior section) hands.
 
There is considerable construction work happening at the club at the moment, which we would have had to ask you to park around,and go through.
 
The Junior section Committee, have the safety and welfare of all players and families  as its utmost importance.
